At ecogestioni we do not design our programmes on the basis of standardised or pre-established training itineraries (course catalogue). On the contrary, we develop customised courses on the basis of the actual training needs of each individual company (or group of companies with a certain degree of homogenisation), Local Authority or Public Administration.E-learning platforms allow us to be even more flexible, in so far as it is a tool capable of meeting even the strictest organisational needs of the various companies, since it does not require workers to neglect their duties nor makes them travel to attend the training event.
